hate to say it . . . . .

Don't take a lot from tonight's result. According to the first half stats Chessie gave as good as they got. Then Blunts get a spozzy pen which knocks the stuffing out of Chessie and they fold

Let's be honest - they played bottom of the table, after their (chessies) biggest game of the season.

Yes, they beat us - but we were playing rubbish, and that was their big game.

It says absolutely nothing about promotion chances. We can't comment on that until its decided.

Spot on. They were never going to get over Sunday and whatever celebrations they had within 3 days.

All tonight has done is confirm that United are slight favourites. The realists surely knew that before tonight, but there will be twists before season's end.

Tbh i'm not worried about huddesfield they are the draw specialists of league 1.They will finish the season behind us,Its a question of who has the balls

Between us and pigs to finish in second spot.

Sir tom is running the show at S2 without him they would be in mid table.

And both teams got 3 points. I don't get your logic

we don't convert enough and the strikers return is average at best. Orient rarely threatened yet coud have snatched a point at the death. My point is we coud have been more comfortable, as someone has said our team is probaby as good if not better than our rivals - with evans or Rhodes we'd be up by now

I certainly don't think it's time to be looking for excuses. Our promotion fate is still in our hands.

Technically you're wrong, it's in United's hands...I get what you mean though!

My view is that if United can got to places like Hartlepool and pick 3 points up aswell as home games then fair play to them.

Yes, but we've known and have been saying this since before Christmas.

At the end of the day they have a Championship standard striker on their hands on upper Championship wages. I mean, he's a player who failed in The Championship and who every United fan I've ever spoken to slagged him off to hell last year, but he's a Championship level player all the same. United are always going to score goals against the weaker sides in this league.

They've put four past the bottom of the league. A good win, but the sort of win we've known they're capable of for months.

United will end up with a higher goal difference than us. We have to make sure we have more points than them. This one's going down to the wire.
