I expect Monk to be shown the door as soon as this season is over.

I'd love to know what makes people seriously believe this nonsense.

Nonsense? How can it be nonsense? The bloke has been an utter car crash as a manager here, just like Lukuhay was?

Keeping Monk would be nonsense. If you want League 1 football, keep him in charge then.

I’m so sorry for wanting a better manager than the useless [email protected] we’ve currently got in charge.

Couldn't he simply had said this is Sheffield Wednesday no plan has been done what so ever.

Why so much press conference to say he hasn't got a clue. :duntmatter:

Of course there’s a plan. They just might have to change it if EFL get their way .

Someone., possibly Alan Biggs recently said Monks contract was a 4 month rolling contract. I'm not sure how true that is.

I wonder what his contractual position is - I thought he was on a 1yr rolling contract so presumably he'll either be out by September or extend in the next few weeks/months.

We'd have just finished the season in non-COVID world, so I'd have expected to have seen some news shortly. He shouldn't be discussing in-coming players unless he's going to be at the club next season - whenever that is. I imagine he's in the same position as the players whose contracts expire on 30 June.

Get him out ASAP

Cos he is a awful manager taking us down the table who the players clearly are not playing for has a history of short termism at a time when we need the opposite.

Awful appointment.

Somebody put in internet that he wants Wes Foderingham, back up goalkeeper at Rangers.

Don't know where it came from but I thought ffs!

Our recruitment has been crap and if we get it wrong this summer we'll be in serious trouble next season.

Is he the player that Di Canio had that big fall out at Swindon? Quite pleased if true because is sounds like Monk realises he needs a new number one. Not sure this lad is that good for the job though.

We don't know what revenue we'll have next season.

May have to rely on what's left plus the academy same as every other club unless we can recruit players on very low wages
