BarnOwl55
Just wanted to see whether others agree with my take on the Burnley game. If we win - great, fantastic, brilliant etc, etc If we are level after extra time but lose on pens then I would suggest that we still count it as a continuation of our unbeaten start to the season

themaskedowl
Obviously a win is always good but, I'm more focused on the league. Much more interested in continuing an unbeaten league run for now. Is Stevie May our Jordan Rhodes though? How I hope he is. A long way to go yet but looks a good 'un.
Herb
If we can make a couple of changes and still win then brilliant, I hope for a more lucrative tie next round. If we go out then there's no shame in it and we can enjoy the slightly easier fixture schedule.

Would always love a win though. Edited August 25, 2014 by themaskedowl
Chris_B_SWFC
What a cringeworthy "run" that was. "Huddersfield are unbeaten in 79 games (at home, in the league, in normal time, not counting the second half)"

theowlsman
Losses when Rhodes didn't play, didn't count apparently.
southportdc
Huddersfield still undefeated in their history against teams with a day of the week in their name (weekends only).

McRightSide
In the end it was the unbeaten win that did for them. They were more concerned about preserving it than winning games
mozzy85
To be honest I think beating burnley would be great going into the forest game. Beat a premier league team, take the confidence from that and take it to forest on sat.
Tudders
We need to rest the majority of the first team. The league is our utmost priority. Its Sod's law that we'll play a strong side, get a couple of injuries tomorrow which will decimate us. When we've the luxury of strength in depth like Forest have, then great, let's look to progress in the cup,but when the squad is as bare as it is,with a huge game on Saturday,we need to not be naive and rest players.
