I really hope DJ sticks with beevers, he was fantastic last night, keep Gardner as back up. Beevers has been a loyal pro, he deserves to stay in the team.

Based on the first three games, Beever has looked the most in form!

But, over the course of the season, who knows?

Beever deserves to keep his shirt, Gardner needs to wait to get his place back.

Gardner WILL prove to be a crock, it's the wednesday way, hopefully it will be the only negative this season

Only injury, or a very poor match on Saturday will mean Gardner returning IMO

Gardner has looked very shaky in 3 matches I have seen him so far.... whilst Mark did really well against a proven top class striker in Marlon King last night.

Keep it as it is Saturday, give Gardner chance to recover and also chance to reflect on what he wants to get out of the rest of his career.... he needed a lil kick up the arse (maybe this will be it)

Very impressed with Beevers last night, he could be rightly miffed if he's dropped after that performance.

I've always thought there's a good player in there just waiting to burst out.

He seems to have beefed up a bit and handled the physical presence of the Birmingham attack very well.

Could be his big year this year.

Batth....

already been ruled out (and rightly so) by DJ

It is his ability on the ball for me which is the only reason why we won't sign him

He is more "hoof" than Beevers and that is not the type of player which will fit in the DJ style of play unfortunately

Great defender however ....
