Guest Sheff Owl
I like him for a small lad he doesn't mind a tackle. He played some decent passes around, it must be hard for him tho his first game with no pre season games with us. It say's a lot that DJ chucked him straight in as soon as clearance was here. Can't wait to see more.

northeastowl
Very very good. Always had loads of time on the ball, great signing.
EcclesallOwl
Low centre of gravity so turns past people very easily, jumps like a salmon, never gives the ball away, looks forward and loves to get stuck in
luketheowl
I liked him, he had a great air of confidence when he was on the ball and made a few good passes. He'll definitely improve as he gets more games and he gets to know he team mates better and better.
Beholder
Can't wait to see him with my own eyes. What kind of midfield role would suit him best then? Holding or attacking? Be interesting to see what will happen should Barkley come in.

Barkley in for Semedo if we do sign him

That 's what i was thinking- keeping the 4-4-2. Be a big call dropping Semedo though.
Guest Sheff Owl
He takes the corners, win tackles, passes the ball around. Like i said he is a small lad but doesn't get knocked off the ball easily and if he does he is after it straight away. I know we have never really said this but he was better than Semedo today IMO. Guest Lawrie Maddens Hump
Tidy player. Gets stuck in, looks comfy on the ball and has good distribution. Think he'll get better with games and fitness.

Juror8
Just central midfield, does everything well. Barkley in for Semedo if we do sign him Think it's a bit disrespectful suggesting we should drop Semedo for a midfielder you seen play 90 mins how many times? Not many teams play two midfielders alongside each other who've only played a handful of professional games between them. Undoubtedly, both have more footballing ability than Semedo, but it's not all about that. There's the footballing cliche, if they're old enough they're good enough, but you see most teams trying to bed youngsters in, alongside older more experienced heads.
