McDonald is 24 this year and only been at United for one season and probably not on mega money. £50k tops IMO. Yes part exchange, could be a season long loan fee or they pay us cash too for a permanent. Would be a great shame as I'd expect COG to do very well for them indeed. A loan benefits nobody other than them, and since when are we in the business of helping those sh*ts out? A few years ago Warnock said United loaning players to Wednesday would only cause problems for the player long term, in terms of going there and potentially having to come back etc, and he was right.
