Leofric
I know a load of people who aren't going just because of what happened last time. Don't bottle out Wednesday - it's the FA Cup - we've (HUFC) never balked about going to rough arse places like birmingham or cardiff in the cup. Show them how big Wednesday are and go down there in force to roar the Owls to victory. I'm rooting for you - stuff the stupid sounding brummy gits! When I went last time train station is in the centre, new street I think. There was poo poo loads of police but no escort, had an argument with some daft scummy old bint because I had to pay to have a bloody wee wee in the train station toilet, absolute joke. We had a few pints in the centre then got an overground train to the ground, can't remember the station name but took bout 15-20min I think then you can see ground from there. OwlsfaninNorway
If demand is sufficient they will make the whole of the Gil Merrick stand available to us. I hope we sell out the 4,200 in the lower tier comfortably. Many of our younger supporters will never have seen us play in the FA Cup 5th round. If we could come close to filling the entire stand it would make for a memorable away stand and would give us an advantage inside a half empty St Andrews. It will be well down their list of priorities with the League Cup final the following weekend and a relaegation battle to fight. Lets take 8,000 there and you never know we might win And get an early lead and sing that we're playing them next year in the football league.
