Hate to say it, but that photo montage as touching and heart break as it looks really brings home thoughts Ive been having this season. I think he realised he's tactically a little out of his depth at this level and lacks the but extra to get us over the line, yes he looks like a broken man, but was it the realisation??? We stuttered at the start (which maybe showed not only Carlos himself but he struggled to pick the players up) since that bad start we picked up, but he's not been the same, our football has not been the same has the weight of expectation got to him??

Monks been lucky Wood has been injury free so far as without him they would be mid table at best.

Remember when undar SG the rumours of us signing wood and the meltdown on here, useless, donkey etc etc... Nearly got as much stick as Dave lol the barstewards done us twice this year, we couldn't handle him.

Exactly a one man team who are comfortable in the play offs. Cracking job and a good manager

Things may not be as rosey as it seems at Bellend Road.

fans favourite, Pontus Jansen was left out of the starting 11, Monk refused to comment why, rumour has it they have had a bust up

You can say what you like about Leeds being being a one player team but the fact Monk has them looking like a team who could go up. They took 6 points from us this season and beat Brighton 2-0 last night. I wouldn't wanna meet them in the playoffs.
