  1. This is Andy's son Fraser. I'd like to thank you all so much for your kind words and condolences; it has meant the world to our family to know that he had this community at his side over the years and that so many of you have warm memories of him. I personally traveled with him to a number of Wednesday games over the years including the 2005 and 2023 playoff finals, some of my happiest memories of him. Wednesday was in his blood and you all meant the world to him. Again, thank you.
  2. We are utterly devastated to have to let you all know that Andy (OxonOwl) passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday having lost his battle with depression. We would just like to say that Sheffield Wednesday was one of the greatest passions in his life and we know just how important this community was to him. We can't even begin to imagine life without him. Anna, Fraser and Laura Crofts
  3. Can't see him coming on loan to be number 2.

  5. Don't remember that Now I know there was a lot of racism that still is not absent from the game. I am talking about my memory of that game and whilst there was, no doubt, racism within the crowd, it seemed to me that most were celebrating his inclusion. I think it was Cyrille Regis who got sent a bullet.
  6. Link? These are not lyrics of the Chilean national anthem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Anthem_of_Chile
  7. I had a friend at uni who was known as little Stuart. I am short but he was shorter. We met up after uni and he now towered over me. Between 18 and 21 he must have grown 6-8 inches. He was still known as little Stuart, now with irony.
  8. I thought you must mean emblem but it isn't that. The Chilean national bird is a Condor (ah, that Condor moment) The anthem has no reference to an owl I can see no connection between owls and Chile, other than Juan Delgardo.
  9. Prince Charles is 5'10" (1.78 meters). He is the same height as his first wife, Princess Diana. This made Princess Diana taller than the average woman in the UK, who is 5'3".
