Not true

If the clubs walk away and Windass gets stuck here then we will have a demotivated player not playing well, AND we won't have the 400k

Why will he be demotivated?  He might feel that the club have faith in him as they prefer him to stay and this motivates him to get promotion then again to the Premier and finally Europe.

Then sell him PSG for a billion, million, trillion squid.... Dare to dream.

This is yet another issue with Chansiri doing what he's done with wages, relegation, contracts etc

Clubs can just come in and underbid and get our players

Question is why.

He must still have dosh or why renew Baz .

Said most rich folks done well from Covid.

Are you trying to say Chansiri is playing a blinder here and not paying all the over paid players, that we don't want to keep for next season so they tear up their contracts and leave. Knowing full well no one is taking them on a free or paying a fee for them due to the wages they are currently on and there lack of ability and/or fitness.

No. I'm saying I don't understand why people are saying that both Windass and Bannan are definitely leaving and they are definitely not getting paid. There is a problem with the wages with some players being partially and/ or not played but nothing to suggest these 2 haven't or that they are leaving. Does anyone actually know the extent of the wage shortfall and who is owed what, or are people just guessing? Not paying is a disaster for confidence amongst all the staff and for future recruitment. Obviously!

From Sky:

WEDNESDAY REJECT WINDASS OFFER

Sheffield Wednesday have a rejected an offer in the region of £1m from Millwall for Josh Windass.

Preston and Birmingham are also said to be interested in the midfielder.

Windass was one of Wednesday’s best players last season as they were relegated into League One.

The 27-year-old scored nine goals and setup six more in 41 Championship appearances.

Buy him for 500k

A year later turn down a £1 million bid

That's Chansirionomics 🤣🤣🤣

chansiri has often done some bad business but I don’t necessarily think turning down 1mill is bad , reckon we could get 1.5/ 2+ for him personally
