Gob_Bluth
Fantastic keeper for us. His reputation never recovered really from the Wally with a Brolly game versus Croatia unfortunately Edited January 12, 2021 by Gob_Bluth
jacko1992
He was immense for us, kept us up as already mentioned - Just last week Pep was speaking highly of him highlighting how he is a captain figure behind the scenes at MCFC.

Memory tells me Grobbelaar was on the bench a handful of times and that was it. I got a bit nostalgic and Grobblaar was at the back end of his career. Bob Bolder was a fair keeper as well , and Chris Turner . We have been blessed with the stoppers.

He was unbelievable that day. I was there that day. Possibly finest goalkeeping performance as I've ever seen from an Owls keeper, and I go back to Ron Springett.

By his own admission, Peter Grummitt didn't have the best of times with us. I thought he was pretty poor personally, along with Peter Springett. Ron Springett and Martin Hodge were top class keepers though.
Striggy
I remember my dad waking us up one morning and asking what time it was before replying to himself "5 past Meggit" We knew who he meant but it wasn't funny as the heavy defeat still hurt. "nobody told me there would be days like these!"
