Guest wadsgod
Why is it? I generally go to Hillsborough to watch my team - SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY, not the opposition. because that's my opinion so get off your high horse
KivoOwl
Just about spot on for me - Will try York and Alfreton away - two new grounds - Been to Scunthorpe so not fussed I won't be able to get to it as it's a night game - Would have preferred Ilkeston on a Saturday - won't be able to get to that one - Would have liked Mansfield away - Gainsborough friendly not confirmed by club. Strange that our first team are playing a Level 7 club while our U21s are going to a Level 6 club
s29wfc
because that's my opinion so get off your high horsedidn't realise I was on it to be fair, it's ok to put your tampax back in now.
KivoOwl
that is strange coz bullen said no u21 fixtures this pre-season our u18's would get murdered like they did at alfreton a few years back would make sense to take a 1st team to gainsboro mixed with development players Gainsborough game is day after Scunthorpe one so will have to be a development team - U18s team would get murdered like at Alfreton that time.Gainsborough game is only on their website mind - not ours. Makes me think we've got an U21 schedule sorted but not releasing it yet as they might have to be cancelled through a lack of players. I know Hallam and Worksop are hopeful we'll be sending a team there. Maybe Gainsborough have just jumped the gun a bit. Doesn't explain why first team are going to Ilkeston though. shandypants
Can someone get this thread title changed to Friendlies please? It's making me twitch. It's no longer about friendlies; it's about insulting each other and "ladies' (don't look in my handbag!) private things" now.

Ever the pessimist
Either would be suitable for all the moaning fannies on here over the past couple of weeks. Was it Swinton who apparently turned up for the game on the wrong day? He could be named tampon: right place, wrong time.
