According to Irish folklore, James O’Connor lived in a Hobbit House under Wicker Arches that was specially flown in by his good mate John Travolta direct from the set of the Lord of the Rings in New Zealand. It is rumoured that when wearing the precious you can see a hologram of James clapping light up every room.
