Both are/were great players, but that added responsibility at their age can just take their eye off what they should really be concentrating on doing. Appears to be the kind that would react well to the responsibility. Players like Semedo and Baath don't need the armband to play like captains. Yeah, was about to make the point that Megson has still pointed out that there is still a slight language barrier with Semedo. Wouldn't trust him to lead the team properly yet.
