If through some odd twist of fate I found myself owning the club's shares, everything I did would need to be based on increasing turnover because I don't have the money to subsidise debt. My instinct is that the way to do that is to get every seat filled and make an attractive prospect for outside sponsors and TV companies. A club that reflects positive values that good quality sponsors will pay to be associated with. I don't thin I can do this on my own. So I would need to put together a board of Directors of the best brains, experience and skills and they're going to have to do it for the love, so that'#s a tough task but once we have all that in place we find a sporting director who really knows their poo to look after the sports side and we leave them to get on with it and put all our energies into getting people through the door, getting boxes filled, getting bums on seats and making Hillsborough a place where our big local businesses have to be.
