ng19owl
Alright. I wonder if anyone can help, and apologies for putting this in matchday My stepson is a partial wednesday fan, comes to the games when I go (maybe 10 games this season) He's more or less on the brink of being a wednesday fan, however his dad is a arsenal fan...and he's back to claiming to support them I don't think his dad will ever take him to watch arsenal , so with a bit of work I can turn him into a full blown Wednesdayite Its his birthday soon, and when I was young my mum got a card signed by positing it to the club, and I loved it I've tried the same for him (including everything postage etc) What are my chances of getting this done....any other ideas, or players that are likely to do this if I pop something in the post

Sykes
An actual Arsenal fan, or a bloke from Sheffield who claims he supports Arsenal? Nothing worse in football than the latter. 1

He doesn't live in Sheffield, but yes he's a southerner And that's why I'm trying to get the lad fully onboard with Wednesday. Even if he supported the local club, I wouldn't want to go ... So I'm trying to do what I can ....and if we stay up, plus this... It might just work
Clowne Owl
Just sign it a few times in different styles and tell him it's the Wednesday squad. 2

ReginaldD
Wait outside the club shop after the game for when the players come out. I've done similar for the last 3 years for my son.
Grassy knoll
I’d buy him a programme from the game too , I used to love reading it when I first started going, he’d get to know a bit more about the players etc

Or if you listen to Rotherham fans, anyone who lives in Rotherham and supports Wednesday. You might as well be the anti christ.

ng19owl Posted Thursday at 11:34 Author Share Posted Thursday at 11:34 I sent some cards (and stamped return envelopes) to Hillsborough, at the end of last week I can't see it working, but no harm in trying

Do this @ng19owl - it's most likely what your mum did for you! Joking aside, I've sent in a SWFC autograph book with envelop and stamp before and it's been returned - signed by loads of players and staff.
