WimJunk
A lot is said about best players, which usually means the most talented / attacking players. Consistency, i.e 7/10 every week is just as hard to find and achieved by few. We've had many players who have been brilliant for a year or two (Forestieri and Sibon) and some scorers of wonder goals (Reach and Brunt) But, putting it together for 4 or 5 years is hard and done by few. So, my top 5 most consistent players this millenium, are; 1) Lewis Buxton 2) Glenn Loovens 3) Kieran Lee 4) Marcus Tudgay 5) Tom Lees 1

HirstWhoScoredIt
I would say Darren Purse was easily the most consistent player we’ve had. He was absolutely terrible every single match!
OneManBand
Palmer, he's consistently average.

Why decide to single out a player with 433 Wednesday appearances under his belt then? #justiceforliam 1

lukeyswfc
Bannan. 400 games, 388 starts. No one comes even close. 4 1
paulrs
Probs Bannan, but surely Kieren Westwood needs to be in there. For 3 or 4 seasons he played virtually every game and was excellent throughout.

matthefish2002
Lewis Buxton!??!!? He was an ok player but nothing that makes him stand out over loads of other players. Surely Bannan, would say he is 7/10 most weeks and played most games.
HirstWhoScoredIt
Not this millennium but the most consistent player we’ve ever had was Nigel Worthington. 7/10 every single week.

Him and Purse were a right double act.
