BIG D
Sad news. Former England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson says he has "best case a year" to live after being diagnosed with cancer. "I have an illness that's serious. Best case a year, I have worst case a lot less. It's impossible to say exactly, so it's better to not think about it." matthefish2002
That is sad.news. Was always unfailing polite when the press were putting him under pressure for things on and off the field. He has my best wishes.

kilnhurstowl
Apparently he was out for a jog, felt a bit unwell then went to drs to get check up. It's so important if we ever feel unwell to get checked up.

CalmJimmers
My dad is going through something similar, although it has been slower. Scares me personally to think where he goes when he's gone, just trying to steel myself against what will probably happen this year. I liked Sven. I hope he finds peace with the whole thing. Cancer is an absolute b@stard as said above. 4
owls maniac
Actually surprised he is 75 but then I remember he was England manager 20 years ago! What a life he has had though. Absolute top shagger.
