Trust DM though, unsure how he would

convince another loan signing though now with the 5 in match day squad rule

He only joined Birmingham halfway through the season.

He was injured too. Not to mention Birmingham weren’t short of a striker last season. Hogan, Leko and Jutkiewitz all competing.

Context is important.
Sounds like he needs to get himself back on track.

Might do it for us.
Not like anyone is going to be loaning us Harry Kane for next to nothing.

Think it would be quite straight forward to mange

We have minimum 50 games to play now so we are going to pick up injuries, suspensions etc.

Also got to factor in we have 2 loanees who play international football so they will be missing for those games. Also add in that Theo will be travelling long distances for those games so potentially will need more recovery

Beggars can’t be choosers. For me, playing round pegs in round holes this season is vital. Kamberi, Cosgrove (if he signs) may not be 20 goal a season strikers, but they will help the shape and balance in the team. We can’t afford to be playing attacking midfielders up top as more often than not they don’t know how to do it effectively, look at last season. Stretching defences, running in behind, holding the ball up, winning headers and taking on shots, amongst other things are the attributes we don’t often see from the midfielders we’ve tried playing up front.
