Tony Pulis
Read this on Twitter, thought it was worth a read https://thewednesdayblg.wordpress.com/2020/08/30/walsall-fc-the-not-quite-so-perfect-season-opener
Weshallovercome
''what most Wednesdayites (and onlookers) will dismiss as an easy tie and a walkover'' Strange that The Wednesday Blog isn't written by a Wednesdayite.
The Hoppy Hopper
I would be surprised if many Wednesdayites are expecting an easy tie or walkover. Hopefully we will play well and get some confidence going, but I think we all know that we are likely to o into the match short of players. I just hoping we get a couple in ready for Cardiff. Up the Owls .
GMOwl72
Bit of a nothing article really isn’t it. Written for the sake of it rather than to provide any thoughtful insight or discussion.
matthefish2002
You would say you would be disappointed to start season off with losing a cup tie to a club from a lower division but when you start to think you only have to turn up to win you will come unstuck. Manwë
"what for Walsall will probably be a romantic bouncy affair" Walsall Vs Sheffield Wednesday does not equal romance. "A poor result for the Owls and the morale of both the players and fans could plummet like an air balloon" Some people just need to read more, and stay away from the online cliche generators.
