In an ideal world I’d cash in, but in reality I think we’d struggle to shift him at his age, on his wages and with his previous injury problems. For me, the pragmatic approach would be to make a virtue out of necessity. He’s never going to be prolific, but he’ll chip in with the odd goal and assist from time to time, his work rate is good and he’s got plenty of experience. He’s a good pro at this level so we might as well use that to our advantage.

He's not on 40k a week and when he is fully fit he is in our group of elite/better players.  Very good at what he does.
