Captain Sl-OWL-ly
Just remember, Pompey may have lost the battle but that legacy has gone down in stone and lasted a millenium. Seems the Land of Fire will never go away...

themaskedowl
What the OP is forgetting is that our modern day triumvirate are answerable to DC. this is a very shrewd observation.
dumboldowl
Me dad had a Triumvirate, a real Brute, swapped it for a Ford Anglia so we could all go out together, but the Anglia didn't go as fast.

Tamworthowl
What about the WWII triumvirate? Churchill, Roosevelt, Stalin? Roosevelt couldn't take the pressure and died Stalin went loopy and annex half of Europe Churchill lost the general election. Now if Gray is the equivalent of Stalin: Champions League here we come! HirstWhoScoredIt
I don't think it can work in any organisation with three ultimate decision makers but we don't have that. Chansiri is in charge and he is the ultimate decision maker. The other three report to him within their presumably clearly defined roles. The set up doesn't look much different to how many clubs do it. Pearson effectively looks like he will be in a Chief Exec type role. This assumption was given more weight yesterday by the news regarding Aldridge. Roeder - Director of football role in charge of getting the scouting network right. Gray - Head Coach in charge of picking the team, tactics and coaching. 99% of continental clubs are ran like this.
Kalamunda
Crassus holds the dubious distinction of going from being one of the top ten richest men in history to a prop in a play (his head was used in a play) in a matter of hours. He was worth about 100 billion in today's money.
