Miffed
Wonder why we stopped singing it in the first place. We should definitely revive this.

abrodie2002
My dad passed this onto Wednesdayite back when their office was in the club shop to see if they could get it in the programme... They just told him that the band would never be up for it so no point :(
Prendo's boots
My Grandad knew a version of this too...v similar but sang 'With a little bit of luck, we will win the league and cup' ... Harold was a real character..he used to play in the Sunday School footy league around Hillsborough area and used to visit the Owls physio at the ground (everyone did the same)...he also organised the panto's at Wadsley Church always playing the 'dames'...and also played piano accompanying the silent movies in town!!... ViolaOwls
fornicate the band. Hear more noise in a morgue. They never play enough. When the stands fall silent they should be playing all the time to keep the atmosphere like on the continent. Away fans can get a decent chant going if the lyrics are worthy and it will soon catch on

Aren't we?
I'd like this to be taken further... Kivo, have you sent a copy of your thread to the club? With a new owner at the helm, this might catch on.
