McRightSide
JJ's was the worst of the lot of them, was a very poor challenge. Thought ref was good although the yellow for maguire seemed a bit harsh, wasn't a pen but there was still contact to take him down Actually Mellis' challenge was the worst
Guest mkowl
What is the view on the Barnsley pen shout, looked dubious and Wilson has been in to say stonewall

The only stonewall thing is that it wasn't a stonewaller Wasn't a pen in that game

Daz
Bitter Dingle on radio now - he needs to watch the replays and so does Rob. Ref was spot on. Game might not be dirty, but individual rash challenges can get players sent off. Can't argue with any of the red cards.
Liam_Baggies
Got all the big decisions correct.Quite rightly booked two players for diving.

Game might not be dirty, but individual rash challenges can get players sent off. Can't argue with any of the red cards. Two of the red cards were cowards challenges. Johnson and Mellis should be ashamed of themselves. Dangerous, reckless and not wanted in football. Mellis and Frimpong due to their ineptitude have cost their team a point. Daz
The only thing the ref might have done differently is to have booked Mellis when he dived (to be consistent with the Maguire booking). Apart from that, he called everything spot on.

Pompeyowl
I was going to start a thread saying the same. It's great to know that there are some refs out there who don't go for all the bullshit play acting from the players. Top notch refereeing today. Well done Andre Marriner. mattitheowl
The one thing I will say though is that initially my blue specs got the best of me, so I can see how people who have been and are sat 50-80 yards away might think he was rubbish. It was only on the replays I realised that he was spot on (on the whole). Just not bothered...
Guest mkowl
Thanks was on the kop so not easy to see, but Radio Sheff and Wilson seemed to think it was after seeing the replay. Seems not the case
McRightSide
Nope He got all the big calls bang on In fact, I don't think he got much wrong Wilson seemed to forget Frimpong got a warning before his first yellow

Claudio Tankisco
Danny Wilson reckons Frimpong should have got a warning before he was sent off. Before he got his first yellow card he was warned twice by the referee. Two yellow cards and subsequent red all say long....
