I listened to the match on radio 5live and both commentators said it was a stone wall penslty after seeing a replay of it and said that would have been a second yellow card for Barton within 2 minutes so we should have been playing against 10 men.

There was contact but Mags did make the most of it, if it was the other way around we'd be saying it was a great decision

 

 

Why would we? There were two points of contact and a clear penalty.

 

I'm shocked that many aren't talking about the Antonio penalty decission. That, to me, was also a penalty.

In fairness both his feet are already in the air. He has not made contact yet.

Watching the highlights that photo is actually after contact. It is Maghoma's left leg that gets clipped after he made the turn. Penalty for me.

Why did he have to go down though!?. He was on his way past Barton and could easily have done something with the ball. It's the modern football curse.

I think he went over because he was running flat out and had a leg kicked from under him. Have you never tripped up?

Clear penalty. Barton was nowhere near the ball. Seriously when are we going to start getting flippingpenalties.

My guess is we will get one penalty this season but it won't be a game changer as we're already winning 3-0 with just injury time to play.

The next time an opposition player does the same as Maghoma it will definately be a penalty against us
