What evidence do you have that he is respected by players? encourages good football? so good they got relegated from the premiership and have one of the strongest squads in the division yet sit 18th in the league? Theres one thing taking part in training and being good at it also.... He took over bolton and they've gone down and dont look like getting back up, why would he be better than what we've already got? Looked to me that they only time bolton looked good under coyle was when they had megsons team.... sounds familiar.

I like coyle and agree with everything you say about him. 100% agree with you that jones should be given time. It wasnt long ago that jones was the best thing around. Now he's a marked man. Isn't football a wonderful thing. Jones WILL turn it around. Everyone needs to pull together and back the team. One love - swfc

ramone
Dont get me wrong i hope your right, but what are you basing your opinion on that 'jones WILL turn it around?' The guy has a wealth of experience and is a great manager at this level. The fact that this run of bad results 'is a new thing for him' suggests that taking into account how long he has managed for. Expectations were raised too much by everyone at the start of the season. For me, survival was the main aim this season. And this raised expectancy has caused everyone to react in this way. My opinion of course.....
