When did he say that? I thought he said that Mayor was signed with a view to develop him but he should be able to play a part for the first team if he's required; and he's been carrying an injury through preseason so wouldn't be available immediately. He did say that certain players, without naming names, weren't playing as they can. He said that Llera was dropped because he was costing us goals a few weeks ago.
