theowlsman
Is it a good or bad thing for us following our recent defeat? What I do know is that I've been as bored as bored can be this weekend. Allows us to recover and regroup, or would it have been better for us to get back on the saddle, and respond to the defeat, immediately? Anyone had a perm this weekend btw? TrickyTrev
The international break is boring as flip but it could have come at a good time for us as it'll give Jones chance to get out on the training pitch to iron out some of out defensive frailties. To concede 2 goals per league game at this stage of the season is not good enough.
trevdi9
boring tbh can't understand why every team has to have the break ,whats the point in decent sized squads if you can't cover when players are taken for internationals , pointless

To concede 2 goals per league game at this stage of the season is not good enough. It's diabolical to be fair. It's the one area we do need to work on, especially the full backs and midfielders working together to cover forward runs and on doubling up to defend against opposing wingers. Cut out the crosses and they can't score. Simples.

zakswfc
The breaks are a pain on the back of a good result(s) however I see them as a good thing on the back of a loss even more so after the Koss following a massive steak of wins. Makes it easier to take the next game as it is and not a game to 'get back to winnings ways' as they say. That's my thinking any how.
sheffield_dave
Anyone who thinks the international break is a bit boring should probably watch Coventry vs Stevenage. Having a week off Championship football is a gazillion times better than being stuck watching that standard of football again.
Belfast Owl 2
love it looking forward to having a match to go to on tUesday night Plus next international break I'll be in Portugal watching Northern Ireland Best of both worlds
Spudvegas
Probably good for us. Gives all the new signings time to gel with the team. Also anyone who's been lagging behind on fitness I.e. Madine a chance to catch up!
Dore Owl
So bloody boring. International football is hardly interesting at the best of times in major tournaments, let alone qualification matches against no mark teams. No premiership, no Championship, no Wednesday, no Fantasy Football, no match of the day. Yawn bloody yawn.
