Overall I read that as a very positive statement. Let's just relax and let them get the deal done.

Well it's nice of them to at least come out and say something rather than denying everything.

Way I see it, the claim about people with agenda's can only have come from people involved in the potential investment / restructuring of debts. This would obviously be the club and creditors. Now I know that the Co-op are one such creditor, but considering everything they have done for us and the professional way that they conduct business, I can't ever imagine it being them.

Have wracked my brain, but just can't think of anyone owed money by our club who would act in such an unprofessional way; in such a way that it would spite the fans.

Surely there can't be anyone so venomous as to do this? I put the leak down to down to good investigative journalism.
