  1. So, with Hull beating Coventry, WBA need points to keep Hull away from the play-offs
  2. That Mudryk is rank. Couldn't hit a cow's arse. I bet even the Ukrainian army are pleased he's in London and not fighting the Russians
  3. Gonna disagree. Essentially the whole game is still reffed by a human who makes good and bad decisions. But they are human decisions. Until it comes to a very technical part of the game. Then a machine takes over and takes the human aspect out. Combined with the ludicrous approach to the offside rule, this kills the game. If the lino had his flag up immediately, play stops, no legal goals are scored, no wild celebrations. But no, play has to continue to "see what might happen". If a 'goal' is scored there's wild celebrations but it's reviewed to effectively find a way to rule it out................which is what happens. The spontaneity is gone. BTW if the ball goes for a corner, a corner is given and the attacking side still has the advantage when, in fact, they were originally offside and breaking the laws of the game. It's garbage.
  4. Cov v. ManU Anyone watching. 93 min pen for Cov to make it 3-3 after being 0-3 down. VAR reviewing and confirms
  5. Villa (Alan) and WBA fans (Mark) like what they see after today. Maybe we can rely on WBA to help Brum down
  6. Wow 3-1 Didn't see that coming atallsaid Well done Wednesday
  7. I bet he's steaming about that review
  8. No f....kin way. It's a "Conlisio" moment
  9. The only thing they got right was to put it on the same site as Old Wembley. Empty red seats directly opposite the global broadcasters No Twin Towers Non-distinctive design Years behind schedule Millions over-budget over-priced It's not a special place when it should be a shrine to English football.
  10. 11 years of FA Cup memories, without even looking 'em up, 8 different clubs won it: 1970 - Sprake's mistake 1971 - Charlie George's extra-time winner 1972 - Ronnie Radford v. Newcastle; "Clarke, 1-0" 1973 - Jim Montgomery 1974 - Keegan beats Newcastle 1975 - Bobby Moore v. West Ham 1976 - Stokes sinks United 1977 - Pearson and Macari spoil Liverpool's treble 1978 - Roger Osbourne, scored the winner but never played professionally again 1979 - Alan Sunderland 1980 - Brooking scores a header!! The FA Cup is now dead Don't ask me who the last 5 winners have been but in the last 20 years only Portsmouth, Leicester and Wigan have interrupted Chelsea, Arsenal, ManU, ManC and Liverpool as winners........................BORING
