Therefore we should play with wingers and go for it, and if they don't track back enough and we concede because of it then at least we can be seen trying to actually win at home, as opposed to playing 4-5 bloody 1 at home ffs and still losing/drawing. As RitchieB said, it's got to the point where we have to go for it. Drenthe has shown real quality, he's shown his bad attributes too but surely we have to accommodate that quality in. I hate the idea of supporting a player over the team, but I'm sure when roysten doesn't track lee or semi could pull wide to help out Palmer until Royston gets back. Would say though that some players work better arriving from deep in a pocket of space. It's a different game in a tight 1v1 battle when there's a 14 stones centre half up your ar$e. Just a bloke.
