Lord Snooty
Shearer and Cole hold a joint record for goals in a Premier league season. Haaland looks on course to beat that at his current rate. But how many do we think he can get?
areNOTwhatTHEYseem
If he stays fit all season, he could notch 50 at the rate he's going.
0wl18
The scary part? He’s missed some sitters.

Weirdly, I’ve been less convinced by city this season than previous years. Maybe their play is a little more direct now they have an outright number 9, but I feel they’re a little less in control of games
alanharper
Still some way behind Dixie Dean for the actual top flight record, rather than "since 1992".

If he did it would be one of the greatest things ever seen in football.
Skyline
Incredible. Most players take a season or two to get going in full swing. Haaland has come and smashed it Yes he plays for City and has KDB putting it on a plate for him but he still has to be in that position and finish it. All of which he has done brilliantly. Folk were saying he makes City weaker as he doesn't defend or do anything but score goals.... The lad is 22 and has 10+ seasons in him. His game will only improve.
