Yes, you're right that he didn't deserve the sack. ...Which makes it all the more gratifying that he got it. A tapeworm wouldn't have gone amiss either, just for good measure.

Taken out of context. If you read the full interview, Rowett is not claiming we prefered Craig Bryson, just didn't believe Butterfield was available. When Derby mentioned Winnall, we wanted Butterfield in return.

Agreed. I'm not in no way slagging him he looks a decent player... what I'm saying is we needed a defensive midfielder a ball winner... he's an attacking playmaker. Again signing decent players but not what we need.
