Glasgow Rangers are the club that have had a bid accepted - but it is dependent on the Kenny Miller situation.

BWP got injured in a pre season friendly at the start of last season that kept him out of the side for most of the year. Up to now Argyle have been managing the injury since his return to action - and that seemed to be going well - 13 goals this season. The medical at Reading was done by an independent consultant, who seems to have sown the seed of doubt in, not only the minds of clubs considering bidding for him, but in BWPs' mind too, hence he hasn't played since then.

But the boy has plenty of natural talent, is a very good player at L1 level and played in the proper position will be in the Championship.

Edit to add: I believe Blackpool and Barnsley are the other interested clubs.

No chance in hell we signing him then, cant compete with that

The reason he's not played is because Plymouth can't afford the appearance and goal bonuses and because they can't sell him if he gets injured.

Not true. Peter Reid is frustrated that he won't play. Probably a combination of BWPs' hesitance to play and the second reason you give.

Bradlay Wright Philips would be a great signing. I have seen him play at Southampon and Plymouth and both times against us he was a league apart

Good bloke Peter Reid. I'd heard he'd paid your gas bill to get the showers working.

Is this true?

The club staff were working without heating during the recent cold snap - they came to work with lots of layers of clothes. Couple of different stories going round - Reid either paid for the oil to be delivered (for the oil heating) or he bought a load of heaters for the staff. Either way, as you say, a great gesture from a cracking bloke.

Thanks. Yes, a great gesture.

Lets hope the Club gets out of its current problems.

At least Michael Foot is not alive to see it. He was a massive fan.

Good luck.

Dodgy knee or not he danced around us easy enough in Plymouth this season and he scored, he showed blistering pace, not bad for a guy with a dodgy knee
