He's turned into a decent striker/front man and has strength and good awareness... and was an important part of the Ipswich squad until he got injured!! I wish he was still here! His goal return is OK there too where they all pop a few in!!

He's still had some excellent chances since he's moved out wide just hasn't had the rub of the green!!

The only consolation should DC behave as we expect him to re squad investment / future plans etc after the season finishes is that if Röhl walks the whole fan base will want him out and will let him know what a sh*show he has created - even those wearing blinkers will turn against him such is the impact Röhl has made here... Every cloud!!

Even if we stay up "that conversation" will still have to take place between DR and DC about future building plans at the club - and I can't see Röhl being the kind of guy who will take any bulls*it somehow! Oh dear!!

Yes, crunch time whether we stay up or not will be the next face to face meeting between DR and DC post season... Even tho Röhl has said his extensive list of things to do he appreciates can't all be done at once he'll require some guarantees immediately I'm sure... The guy is so focused and organised. Unfortunately we know how these things end!

This still makes me chuckle now... Stood on the Kop in the 1970s and the legendary Sammy shinned up the flagpole by the West Stand on the Leppings Lane End - right up to the top - there were always Wednesday fans on both ends...A couple of Sheffields Finest then just stood around the bottom of it waiting for the inevitable descent /sliip/slide down to take place upon when they would then escort him away...it actually took quite a while to happen by which time the round of applause was quite fitting for him from the rest of the ground! Brilliant times!!
