Yep. Said it the other week. I don’t know why people were banging on about us having a great squad. Most of us knew nothing about them a couple of months ago

Allow a crap manager to sign crap players and you get crap results.

I bet nearly every manager in league 1 would take our squad. I don’t think these are world beaters but they need a run of games with a more settled side, as you can see they are still not used to playing together. The biggest problem is the formation. It’s 4-5-1 masquerading as 4-3-3. The tactics are to play out from the back but we are way too deep all the time and don’t get up in support of the lone striker. Moore really worried me today as he didn’t change anything for the better to try to win the game.
