DC or Administration

If our HMRC obligations are being met then DC would the be main creditor by some distance, why would he put himself into administration?

It won’t happen.

A bit of a worse case scenario but if DC chose to walk away there is absolutely no guarantee a new (mega-rich) owner could be found who would pay the debts or the on going costs of running the club. Therefore given a straight chose what would you prefer:

1. DC to continue (and the chaos this may continue to entail)

2. Administration (and all this may entail - relegation, fire sale of assets etc, think Wigan and Bolton)

Perhaps you could explain

1. Who would put us into administration

2. How this would help us?

If DC remains, we could well be looking at eventual liquidation, which is the next step after administration.

So, for me, it’s a bit of a no brainer - we need DC to disappear off the scene, preferably sooner rather than later.

The only way you get administration is if the owners enter it, DC will lose his investment so it's never going to happen.

the other way is a CVA administration, but the only creditor we have is the chairman so again it's not going to happen.

you want rid of DC stop buying the tickets, stop buying the merchandise, stop going to the games when you can return. The only way DC  goes is money. He will milk fans dry as long as they are loyal enough to keep coughing up.

Its not the right Q mate, though its a good hypothetical.DC will find a buyer now n my view & move maybe even another Thai...He is our main creditor, barring any HMRC issues.

Accounts not being submitted is a worry,as we dont know what they contain....
