Massively critical of Wildsmith today. If he hangs onto the free kick then we don’t concede the corner for the first goal

 

Second goal the cross is in the the six yard box. The keeper has to control this area. He is rooted to his line

We played well for much of the game, defended well for much of the game and created good chances. We lost due to poor finishing and a bad mistake from Reach.

 

We will play worse than today and win.

 

Goalie 6. Kicked well, came off line well, couple of handling errors that were not fatal. Looks like our number 1 goalie now

Murphy 6. Fast, dangerous and full of running. Let down by finishing and poor defending for first goal

Borner 7. Played well and did nothing wrong 

Iorfa 8. Crazy pace for a centre back. Recovery pace allows us to get up the pitch. So vital to the team.

Palmer 7. Did nothing wrong and looks good in the position

Reach 5. First half good, second half not so good as Sven said

Lee 7. Neat and tidy

Bannan 7. Passed well, worked, set plays poor as ever 

Luongo 6. Good half hour, bitty apart from that. A good player who can do more.

Da Cruz NA. Impossible to rate. A premier league athlete with conference football ability.

Wickham. 5. Did little

hunt 6. Worked and a couple of lovely dinks

rhodes 3. Wretched

Nuhiu 8. Great goal, played well.

harris 6. Tidy.

Palmer 6 did nowt wrong

Iorfa 8 best player we have

Borner 6 decent defender. Poor on ball

Murphy 7 good again but can’t finish. Excellent cross for Nuhiu

Luongo 5 looks knackered 

Lee 7 missed him when he went off

Bannan 6 lovely flicks but nothing else

Reach 3 awful. Never touched the ball and poo for penalty 

Da Cruz 4 runs around but did nothing. Impact sub only 

Wickham 5 knackered 

 

Hunt 4 awful. Lost momentum when he came on

Harris 7 must play every game. Stretched their defense as soon as he came on

Nuhiu 6 was awful but an outstanding headed goal. Like a bullet

Rhodes 3 he’s poo

 

Monk 3. Poor substitutions lost us this game. Harris should have been on at half time with Reach moving inside and Hunt on later. Also, Da Cruz and Nuhiu are clearly better as impact subs. Rhodes is crap but either start him or don’t bother at all as he’s awful off the bench.

How far do we rewind? Not even a free kick in the first place imho.

Very obvious to see

Lee IMO has been poor in lots of instances these last few games but even though he makes mistakes he still grinds away and has been a good player for us but he is coming to the end of his days at Hillsborough, again IMO so it’s time to give the youngsters a go and PLEASE let’s find a goal scorer.
