Do you mean like the M23 Derby

Palace v Brighton

:Sid:

Any "derby" named after a motorway (M69 derby, M55 derby) is contrived rubbish.

Actually Palace v Brighton may as well be named "the nobody else gives a shiiit derby"

Thing is most steel is and was made in Rotherham. Sheffield worked with the steel.

Hmm. I can’t see that given that there were steelworks all along the Don starting at Stocksbridge right through to Meadowhall plus also from the M1 corridor from Chapeltown through Ecclesfield, Shiregreen/Wooley Wood Bottom, over Meadowhall and into Tinsley/Ponderosa and onto Handsworth not discounting places elsewhere (e.g. along the Sheaf) in Sheffield. That’s a lot of steelworks and volume. I just can’t see how Rotherham could have produced more.
