How long they gonna be unfit for?

Barring a couple who’ve recently come back, the rest have had a packed schedule last few weeks. Should be fit as a fiddle

Was thinking this last night , on average they run 10k a match that’s 6 mile. How long can it take to train for that. Another thing , he talks about protecting the young players why? If they do well they’ll only want to leave for more money . Get them played

Down to a 4 and falling. Did not use subs yet we are constantly reminded of need to rotate as players tired (aah!) Anybody who starts with Loovens, Palmer and Fox in defence, with Butterfield in midfield, really is seeing the game in a different way to most supporters.

Don't really agree. When you look at the side we played last night it was better than a league one team. Most of those players have played at championship level or higher for most of their careers.

What we have is a bottom half championship side in my view. That's why I don't blame jos entirely but he he should be doing better than what he's doing right now.

Agree with this, think the injuries are no longer an excuse. The back 5 last night must have over 500 appearances between them at this level. Nuhiu and rhodes must have 300 appearances between them at this level. The bench was probably stronger than the benches at the likes of cardiff, brentford, preston, united, millwall etc.

The injuries are an excuse for not challenging for the top 6 poor management is the reason we are looking at relegation, the likes of dave jones, sturrock, laws, gray have done much more with far weaker groups of players in this league.

He is currently trying to keep an unfit League 1 squad in the Championship.

Really?  Did we not comfortably beat a side that was 2nd in the league a couple of weeks ago, then give Villa a run for their money?

One that has cost a fortune and has numerous international caps and premiership experience, an 8 million pound striker to call upon.

I think most clubs in the championship would be happy with that.

With a decent manager, we would be more than mid table, even with our so called reserve team.
