Started to build what looked like a very solid team, but its been destroyed because the owner want a Portuguese journey man who's achieved nothing other than a cup run. Started to build what looked like a very solid team, but its been destroyed because the owner want a Portuguese journey man who's achieved nothing other than a cup run. It would have been disrespectful to keep him. But competence isn't enough. If Gray has what it takes he had a great chance to show it during the second half of the season. He failed, so why should we risk keeping him on at the risk of not getting promoted and not transforming the club. As for Carvalhal only having achieved a cup run, I really don't understand why poster after poster minimises what he's actually achieved. It's like drawing attention to your lies.
