Guest Sheff Owl
Didn't play tonight because of a back spasm - isn't that what's been causing him so many problems in the past?

WayneTheOwl
So this is 6 of DJ's signings that were out. Wil be suprised if they all (if any) make it back for Saturday. Maybe given the "League One" players from last season a chance because that is what everyone is saying should happen and this will surely guarantee us a win......................................... Guest shabba
I think that's what's plagues him his whole career, although didn't expect him to start tonight anyway Hope he's fit for Saturday

davey_wells
Last time Kirkland had back spasms he was out for 3 weeks. However it has previously forced him to quit loan spells with Donny and Leicester. He's been having special treatment for this condition which I understood had been working well (until now...) Fingers crossed it might not be as bad this time, but I think we could see Bywater in for a fair bit of time.
Guest Briscoe Inferno
Apparently back spasms don't count as injuries though ... Guest shabba
I can see where you're coming from, just don't think he'd make up an injury to Kirkland after all he's been through, and the flak he's got through his career about his injury record
