@owlstalk Posted September 19, 2012 Share Posted September 19, 2012 I'd go out against Bolton with a team where every single player is in a natural position for them Nobody out of position E.g. no right backs playing at left back or vice versa I'd say to the whole squad that we are starting the season from NOW and that it will be a simple case of if you play well you keep your place for the next match I'd tell the strikers that a certain goal ratio is expected and if you fall below that you are dropped and someone else gets a chance I'd tell the defence/keeper that they need to maintain a certain goals against ratio or they're dropped to make way for someone else I'd play our biggest, toughest players first (Against Bolton) and take it from there But I'd start with everyone playing in their natural position (and I'd play Madine and Pecnik up front just to wee wee off all the idiots on here who love to hate) Owlstalk Shop Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
