I envy the **** out of you.

You've seen this once great club be just that - great.

You've seen us at win at Anfield, Old Trafford etc...

You've seen us win a major domestic cup.

You've seen us finish in what would now be the Champions League places.

You've seen a team of players of world class quality, who ALSO had the passion to wear the shirt.

We've seen Gerald Sibon and Chris Brunt.

That's about it.

ive also seen some shyte in the third division in 70's but it was all worth watching all the rubbish to to see us lift the league cup in '91....thats whats being a football fan is all about the good and the bad

Which is what i'm saying.

The best i've seen is 06/07 - finishing 9th in the Second Division.

Fair point. But you've seen us be quality, enjoyed those times, and know what it'd be like to get back there. I'm 21 and it's pretty much been a constant decline. Although we've been average some times, that's the best I've seen, that's the height of my Wendesday supporting career. Cardiff being the sole exception that was one of the best days of my life. I'll be getting a season ticket every season no matter what, but I don't blame the people my age and younger who don't bother.

I remember in 1993-1994 Ray Stubbs on Match of the Day, had us down to win the Premier League title at the start of the season.

Yes I have, being 50, but I along with many other fans have had the poo of seeing us lose 3-1 to Port Vale in front of about 6000 at S6, I've seen Fred McIver, Peter Feely, Colin Symm, the binman from Dingle land and a lot of poo in the 1970's, at the moment its like Life on Mars watching Wednesday, we've gone back to 1974 and we will be gone a long long time.

I have the feeling today was the final nail as the players [and I use that word to describe that set of cvnts loosely] have no bottle, and play like a team already resigned to the fact. Also with this weeks comments about investment that will go boobies up when we go down too.

A lonmg hard decade awaits
