Inspector Lestrade Posted May 14, 2021 Share Posted May 14, 2021 When signing players we need them to be on an upward curve not a downward one. League One is not a place to be taking chances, sign players who have proved themselves in a higher league or have the potential to play there. Not many that will be forced to cut their cloth as much as us though. The only way to sign players for League 1 who are 'on an upward curve' and already proven at or capable of playing at a higher level is to throw more money at them than anyone in the Championship is willing to do.
