As above. Has anyone had their online shop credit applied yet? I have no idea where to find out as my email address isn't recognised at the log in stage. 

 

Fancied buying a facemask but guess what, none available.

I have the same problem. Although with the new system, I might be trying to log in to the wrong site.

I went into the shop yesterday (to buy masks incidentally) and realised I had been credited £25 onto my season ticket card. I hadn't received any confirmation of this other than the original acnowledgement of my decision to choose the i-follow option. Not sure if the money is automatically credited once you have selected your rebate package?

I thought we were supposed to get a £50 'owls shop' credit and £25 ticket credit. Have I remembered that wrong?

Asked the same question on here a couple of weeks ago. This reply was very helpful and I used my credit towards last years home shirt.

I think it was 25 for the shop and 25 for tickets. Not sure how it might work out with children etc.

You can't buy children.

Used my £25 credit last week in megastore. 

Putting £25 ticket credit towards play off final ticket next May.
