Not so sure about those who were in charge when he was there though but that'll be more a personal thing than something against the club surely?

I think that was his main motivation for coming here. To get one over on the then, hierarchy, of United.

 

They treated him appallingly IMO.

That's true, and we didn't have the brains to capitalize on it.

 

I mean, why go for Warnock when you can have tried-and-tested promotion merchants like Loss and Coco?

 

We've had two managers associated with us capable of getting us up: a section on the crowd wouldn't have one, and the other one decamped up north.
