Gives everyone encouragement or a ****** but organises. Until that happens we'll continue being slack defensively. Especially midfielders who constantly cost goals by not being aware of runners. When we go real negative and shut up shop it stifles any attacking intentions we have so you have to accept if you want us to play attacking football we will be vulnerable at back. Two central defenders and left back an absolute must in summer. Having said that we played 12 men today and it was the most one sided piece of refereeeing I have ever see in a professional game. Second was a foul on reach. Third ball was a foot and half out of play. 4th was never a pen. Should we have defended better? Yes. But we wouldn't have had to if the ref had done his job properly.
