OxonOwl Posted June 20, 2017 Share Posted June 20, 2017 Unfortunately football is very much an opinion based profession so it is relatively easy to discriminate, if one were so inclined, because you can argue your case based on 'potential' or any number of buzzwords. I don't believe much discrimination exists in general in playing staff across all football though there may well be localised instances. I am more inclined to believe there is institutionalised discrimination in coaching and management positions.
