Problems with on line tickets

If anyone is struggling this is the way to get to the correct place if you have 2 log ins or changed your postcode . 

 

 

Pitty the ticket office could not reply and rely on Owlstalk to sort it .

Simple to do, log on you pay your money and your season ticket card is validated for your normal seat for the semi home game.

 

 

Had problems from start. I could log on, my own seat was marked as 'reserved', but when I tried to pay with my Debit Card, it would not accept the payment.Got an e-mail this am to say that ticket would be held up to about midnight Wednesday. Tried numerous times this am using different cards (1 Debit & 1Credit). Finally got through about Lunchtime today. I logged on in the usual way(which I had been doing for 36 hrs) and it was accepted immediately, loaded onto ST, and an email receipt confirmation sent immediately.

Never had as much trouble trying to give money away!!

Still, no call for S6's post. Thought this was a site where people HELPED each other, not bragged about it.
